Julee Wolverton, Landscape ArchitectJulee Wolverton’s twenty-five years of landscape architecture experience has given her extensive knowledge and experience on a wide range of projects throughout western Colorado.  She provides comprehensive landscape and site development services to a variety of public and private clients.

Ms. Wolverton’s background designing landscapes includes a full range of professional services from environmental analysis and master planning, to detailed site design, landscape design and design of site improvements including low water xeriscape design, site structures, retaining walls, special paving, site furniture selection, design for LEED certification, and plant material selection that highlights each season of the year.  Julee offers services that are tailored in scope and nature according to the project’s needs.  Through a design process, Julee develops a program of goals and objectives, formulates preliminary plan alternatives, provides cost analysis options, produces construction documents and specifications, and follows through with construction observation and contract administration.

Julee designs each project from the early program stage continuous through the implementation phase to provide continuity for each project from beginning to end.  Emphasis is placed on close coordination with the various stakeholders including the owner, architect, and engineers through all phases of the project to assure that the project meets the owner’s needs and expectations.  Julee is confident in her landscape architectural abilities, computer skills and her expertise to complete projects within budget and on schedule.
